Strong and modern tech stack with continuous improvements, including adoption of AI and AI-driven features. Competitive salary, supportive team, and a genuinely positive work environment. Annual offsites are well organised and help build team connections.

Cons

Could benefit from more frequent offsite gatherings. As with many remote teams, occasional communication gaps and reduced face to face interaction can be a challenge.
