1. Competitive Salary. 2. Exciting tech like Node.js, GraphQL, Elixir, and React.js, Ruby on Rails. 3. Helpful team. 4. Good architecture to learn about as it is designed in regards to data security and scalability.

Cons

1. Fast faced environment though it is good, but sometime work life balance is affected, although manager were already working to make it better. Nothing Else.
