      After more than a year working with Jimmy, I can confidently say this is an excellent place to grow and build a long-term career. The team stays well-aligned through regular sync-ups, and communication is always clear and open. You get to work on great projects with real responsibility - no matter the challenge, there's always a path to a solution.
