      Pros

      There is a bright future at a company that actually has a vision for the future and a plan on how to get there. The full scale embrace to AI has also been refreshing.

      Cons

      There can still be silos that spring up and the work volume and pace is high. It will work for some types of people and not for others.

      Incredible Culture & Mission-Driven Team — Onboarding Has Room to Grow

      My experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive. The culture here is truly something special. From day one, I could feel how much the company values its people. Leadership is approachable, team members are supportive, and there’s a genuine sense that everyone wants to see each other succeed. The company values aren’t just words on a wall — they are actively lived out. There is strong alignment around the mission, and it’s clear that customer care is a top priority. The level of commitment to helping contractors succeed is unmatched. Teams consistently go above and beyond to ensure customers are supported, and that kind of service mindset is inspiring to be around. Pros: Exceptional company culture — collaborative, supportive, and positive Leadership that genuinely cares about employees and customers Strong, clearly defined company values that are actually practiced Mission-driven organization with a real impact on customers Teammates who are talented, motivated, and willing to help Customer-first mindset that influences every department

      Cons

      The main area for improvement is the onboarding and training experience. As a new hire, I would have appreciated more structured training and deeper product knowledge upfront. When I transitioned into my department, much of the assigned training material was outdated, and there wasn’t a clearly defined process for what to focus on or how to ramp effectively. While team members were helpful when I asked questions, a more organized and up-to-date onboarding path would have made the transition smoother and helped build confidence more quickly.
