The Ad Reps team was collaborative, communicative, and patient while I was learning. Management was also quite supportive and clearly wants everyone to succeed and grow their skillsets. Feedback on work was always constructive and direct. Flexible and understanding with schedules and time off needed for appointments.

Michael is a very supportive boss who values and rewards team players. As others have mentioned, hard work is expected, but micromanaging seems to be a thing of the past. Most employees now work from home, which works great for the type of work involved. Casual dress and access to a very nice, quiet office, if preferred to working from home. The business is profitable and growing, with good technology that is continuing to develop efficiencies for all employees.
