      Pros

      They have helped me become a recruitment consultant after starting as a candidate consultant only 6 months ago, they have supported me through the whole process and even when things have become stressful and I have struggled the whole team has come together to support and help me get back on track

      Cons

      Recruitment is a difficult job and is like a roller coaster so it can be really hard to stay positive and working with such a close team sometimes it does feel like your mood affects everyone (which isn't true)
