Pros

When I applied, Johnstech aggressively pursued me. I received an offer within 24 hours that was 23% above my previous employer. Once I became an employee, I found a diverse work environment with friendly people in every department. As time went on, I made my career goals known to my supervisor, and she wasted no time connecting me with everyone I needed to know to make that happen, despite only being with the company for less than a year. When I interviewed for the new position, I received that offer in a matter of days - the HR rep called me while ON VACATION to have a full on conversation and offer me the position. Excellent pay and benefits, and I truly feel like they value my time and talent.

Cons

In some cases it is not clear where responsibility lies for some functions, and the buck gets passed rather than resolving the issue. While the staff is diverse (above average for Minneapolis), there is not much celebration of that diversity (i.e. recognition of holidays like Juneteenth and Pride).
