      Pros

      The company is growing incredibly fast which means there are no shortage of opportunities. Beyond the growth, their is an incredible amount of room to have impact in new markets or new verticals which is great if you want more hands on start up experience. Generally speaking, people here really care about what they do and helping the community. A lot of people put in long hours and make incredible efforts to support the local businesses and each other which is contagious [in a good way].

      Cons

      Because things are growing rapidly there is a lot of change and often times a shift in focus that can be hard to keep pace with. This is somewhat expected from a start up, but there is room to better communicate these shifts further in advance.
