English is our main working language since our team is spread across many countries, including Brazil, Mexico, Germany, China, and Portugal. Sometimes colleagues who share a native language switch to it in casual conversations, but as the team becomes more international, English naturally becomes the default more and more. We also support colleagues with English classes, so this keeps getting better over time.
