      Pros

      Matt Beesley inherited a business that needed streamlining after a failed attempt to become a mini Blackrock. It is now back on track. Several superb fund manager hires and promotions means that the future is bright. The company has a warm, friendly and caring culture. Fund managers have the freedom to perform following their own individual investment strategies. The Distribution and Marketing teams are great fun to work with too. After some difficult years that are now behind us now is a great time to start working there if you believe that active fund management has a bright future.
