Coming from a competitor operator and hotel, I really like it at JustCo. My team leader and colleagues are nice generally. No need do shift or weekend so far. Doing a lot lesser compared to hotel and other competitors. HR will check in regularly on you during first few months to make sure you are ok.

Cons

Training at the start too much information. Cannot absorb. On job training with a senior will be easier to pick up.
