Love everyone I work with tightknit team There's an emphasis on your personal values and growth talk to new people every day cool office They're big in Europe but this is the first branch in US so get both small and big company vibes

Flexible schedule also means staying late some days, not your usual 9-5

Fair split between recruiting and sales!
Cons
You can spend a lot of hours grinding before you start to see results. We are still establishing the branch in the US, so naturally, there is more start-up character to it. The good thing about this is that you are heard and able to help build the processes.
