Diverse, nice, and open. People are nice, you get some freedom over your schedule.

Cons

Low pay. $17 an hour Only 29 hours a week. Most have 2nd job Little room for growth 2 years MAX position

#1 station in the market. Relatively low management turnover. Very respectable senior managers. Disney employee benefits.

Cons

Company wants an entirely freelance work force. Veteran staffers not replaced when the leave. Fire-at-will freelancers take their place. Younger journalists hired for on and off-camera positions with limited experience, questionable work ethic and prone to make on-air mistakes.
