      Pros

      Pay, benefits, further education, care for employees, environment are great. Office premises always very clean and welcoming. Free drinks, cakes and nights out with the team. Young crowd to mix with. Really enjoyed working at KAL

      Cons

      Could do with more structure and better documentation of processes. Working hours can tend to be long but everyone got paid overtime

      Opportunities to work directly with fintech customers. CEO and CTO are fantastic leaders from whom I learned a lot.
