The atmosphere is good and it’s a balance of work from the studio and home. The best part is working with other programmers and the SEO team because they are world class people and extremely smart. I used to work in a large agency which was easier but I was just a number and there people with no experience got to work on jobs just because they were pretty and could talk to clients. At KD we actually all knew what we were doing and it was not fluff as everyone there was experienced and we could all grow due to KD being very particular on only employing the brightest minds then can find and would keep them long term like me with various support. If you are a geek like me you will love it.
