A really collaborative team, that genuinely cares about your life (both professionally and personally). They are a team full of intelligent people who have some really kick-ass creative ideas. Its a great place to learn, but also have fun.

Cons

Not many, but the brands can often be quite serious and so big thinking that is very effective is often bought, opposed to crazy, silly creative ideas.
