      Pros

      As a regional office team member, I had a great experience. I liked my manager and had challenging work. The staff and leadership care about each other.

      Cons

      Everything is urgent and important when working in a charter setting. The pace is pretty fast. Salary determinations are supposed to be on a pseudo scale but they end up being related to how close you are to the ED or person making salary decisions. Not very equitable for an equity-focused org.
