      Excited for what will come from changes

      Pros

      There's a lot of growth to happen and I'm excited for recent changes that should help with efficiency and the ability to do what matters most. We've been slow to move ourselves in ways that will allow ourselves to truly get the right information out to the healthcare IT industry, but we are making the changes now that should impact how we do what we do. Foundational changes have finally been made to give us the base we need to grow. Change keeps us relevant and without it we become inconsequential among all the rapid change happening in the market.

      Cons

      KLAS is working through its teenage phase. A lot of people are nervous about recent changes. That can be difficult to work with people who aren't ready to move forward, but I'm hopeful that there's enough people who believe in what we're doing to get over the anxiety and help us get through the current difficulties.

      Strong, mission aligned culture where directional decisions are made to benefit the providers. Powerful senior and middle management that has been tasked with making difficult decisions. Passionate team of people that want to do the right thing

      Cons

      To get to a position of growth, management had to make some hard decisions as they reorganized the company. These are changes I have been wanting for years. There was so much overlap in responsibilities, which created a lot of inefficiency. I am extremely excited for these changes even though many of my friends are no longer with the company. I believe this was the only way for KLAS to improve and grow our impact in healthcare.
