I have been working at KNEIP for 7 months now in the Investor Disclosure department and I must say, it has been a fantastic experience. The company culture is very positive and supportive, and my colleagues are great to work with. Management is approachable and always willing to listen to ideas and suggestions. The company is committed to investing in its employees and offers great opportunities for professional growth and development, especially since the recent joining of the Deutsche Boerse Group. The work is challenging, but also rewarding, and the company truly values the contributions of its employees. Lastly, I must mention that the women in the HR department are lovely and always willing to help out. Overall, I would highly recommend KNEIP to anyone looking for a positive and challenging work environment.
Cons
KNEIP has been growing its business immensely over the last year, which why workload currently is very high. It will need some time until new hirings and system improvements catch up with the growth.
