      KORTX is an incredible place for your career. You'll learn so much, have access to wonderful brilliant people who not only care about profit, they care about people as well!

      Smaller company, so if you like the "perks" of a larger company, you'd have to adjust.

      Great team, products, vision, mission, work flexibility and benefits. Lots of driven, knowledgeable people striving for continued growth and expanded market penetration. Young enough company that your contributions are real, impactful, noticed, and needed. Enormous autonomy and independence - you are entrusted to provide the innovation necessary to differentiate ourselves from our competition.

      Cons

      I have no cons. We expect a lot out of everyone though, so if you lack ingenuity or drive, are not a communicative and understanding team member with humility, and/or are just looking for a 9-5 sans dynamic or unique contributions, but still expect an annual movement up the job title ladder, a con would be this isn't the place for you.
