They treat employees well and have a very clear advancement program listing exactly what you must do for each promotion. They have average company events consisting mostly of free drinks and food nearby twice a year. Senior management appreciates good work and promotes people freely, giving bonuses and recognition for outstanding effort.
Cons
As a contractor, they will sometimes not have meaningful work for you and you will not gain skill and be bored for possibly months at a time. This can be frustrating and lead to departures. You may also be required to work at locations that are not acceptable to you.
