      Good structure with a company that cares about you as a person and advancement through the industry. In my short time, I have seen much support and opportunities to grow and learn more than cannabis, giving you an edge in running a structured business as well.

      Cons

      Open all year! Not a con for myself as there is Vacation and earn PTO throughout your tenure.
