      Pros

      Kalles Group provides a very tailored approach in providing the right solutions for each individual client. The attention to specific needs and requirements are always front and center and the follow through and relationship management are extremely professional.

      Cons

      While this may not be a con for some, you will often need to wear multiple hats and remain flexible and willing to grow and expand your professional skill set over time, as the client portfolio is broad and comes with a variety of challenges and approaches.

      Pros

      Team members are great to work with. Everyone has a great attitude and wants to work together to fulfill contracts. Job application did not require me to regurgitate information already in my application. They also offered me a bigger salary than I initially asked for. They coached me on how to interview well with the client.

      Cons

      So far, there are no downsides

      Still remote work. COVID reduces in person work
