      Pros

      Kalsec leadership leads with integrity, tact, and care for their employees. You will find many tenured workers here, and that is a direct result of a positive work environment and prioritizing taking care of their employees.

      Cons

      Some common workplace practices are still catching up with modern-day expectations elsewhere. Ie - remote vs. in-office work. But this is not surprising given that the company is privately held, and they are putting resources toward modernizing.

      Great benefits compared to most places, supportive people, warm culture, great work/life balance, and you can feel how proud everyone is to work there. The CEO is a very genuine man and easy to talk to.

      Not enough conference rooms / space.
