      Pros

      Culture at a company means so much to me. Can I learn from others, are they ready to disseminate knowledge? Do I want to spend a significant amount of my life with them, and will I be proud to do so? I would say a very strong YES to all of these questions for Kanjoya. The work we do is innovate and challenging, and I feel a great deal of pride in both what I work on and who I work for.

      Pros

      Creative, smart people. Good engineers, right mix of focused/productive and goofy vibe. Cool product-- cutting edge NLP/ML technology rolled into a beautiful, simple, usable SaaS product that actually makes work better for thousands of employees across the country.

      I'd like a few more plants in the office but that's all I can think of

      Pros

      Great work environment, autonomy and trust amongst the team, great communication and tons of fun. Field trips, toast parties, waffle parties, potlucks, weekly lunches, pictionary, scooter races, field trips, foosball, Vegas, make-a-thons and lots of praise for the teams!

      Cons

      Neil won the guacamole contest and I wanted to win, pretty upset to say the least.
