      Pros

      - Very nice technical stack - High quality requirements - Tech department full of talented people - Great work culture - Great offices

      Cons

      - From a technical point of view, the major part of the stack is home made which is great when we need to make things fit our needs but the learning curve is high for new comers and most of the knowledge you'll acquire here won't be useful once you left the company - Not a lot of advantages from the work council

      Thanks for the feedback! The Lisbon office is only 1 year old, and it is impressive to see how fast it has grown thanks to a fantastic team. The team will keep working on defining process to provide the best possible work environment
