Katana Graph is taking solid, cutting-edge computer science and math and applying it to flexible, highly scalable data storage that can benefit all kinds of customers. It's very satisfying to help with something like that. The pay is good and there's plenty of funding, and remote working is the norm, not the exception, so they work well around that.

Cons

A bit disorganized in places, but that comes with being a startup.

Interesting work creating bleeding edge technology. Ideas are weighed on their technical merit not who proposed them. Very bright people without big egos. Remote work embraced.

Cons

Would be nice if the my team could get together in person on a quarterly cadence.
