I am extremely happy that I made the move to Katapult. The interview process was quick and decisive and the onboarding experience for a fully remote company went really well. The culture and accounting team have made the transition pretty smooth considering I started right in the middle of the second quarter close. So far, it has been a great place to work and I only expect that to continue in the future as I get more comfortable in the role.
Cons
Only negative thing I have to say is it took al little bit of time to get access to all the apps that I use on a regular basis.
