      Pros

      Small enough company for people to care about each other. Was able to make big improvements and go outside of my job title to improve things without a lot of red tape. Lots of lunches and events with each other

      Cons

      As a smaller company the wages can be lower than some other places.

      Great People, Monthly luncheon, fun activities, daily team lead stretches, great environment, Growing company, flexible hours.

      Cons

      young leadership so knowledge and experience are yet to be learned, but they started management training for all supervisors and managers.
