      Smooth hiring process with great support from the team

      Pros

      The entire hiring process was incredibly smooth. The team really is in your corner when you're interviewing with the client. It was by far the fastest and smoothest interviewing process I've ever gone through. Was over in less than a week.

      Cons

      It is a contracting position so that has it's own pitfalls, but that's not reflective of anything Kelly Mitchell. It's a great company to work for!

      Communication is frequent from agent or admin to make sure you get paid.

      Cons

      you can possibly get a raise after 2 years. You will have to build a case for why you are requesting a raise.

      I worked for Kelly Mitchell as a contractor. They are absolutely amazing. If I ever needed anything they would respond timely and were very helpful. They check in on their employees regularly and value their feedback. I would work for them again in a heartbeat
