One of the most unique and challenging positions and environments I've ever worked in. Tight-knit group of people, generous pay and benefits, a lot more fun than your typical serious/buttoned up work environments. Lots of opportunity for growth and promotion if you're willing to put in the work and speak up about your goals.
Cons
Expectations are HIGH and excuses are not tolerated...this isn't a job for someone with thin skin. Can work lots of hours during busy times (but you do get plenty of down time during off-seasons).
