      Pros

      Stability: The company isn’t dependent on external investments or intellectual property, which creates a secure work environment with low risk of layoffs. Professional Growth: It’s an incredible place to learn and grow in the digital marketing space—perfect for both juniors starting out and seasoned professionals looking to sharpen their skills. Dynamic Environment: With new projects constantly being developed, the work is never boring and there’s always room to think big. Great People: The team is made up of kind, talented, and collaborative individuals who create a supportive atmosphere. Hybrid Schedule: Three days in the office and two from home offers a healthy balance between teamwork and flexibility.

      Cons

      Commute Challenges: Despite being located near Kiryat Ono Mall, traffic in the area is consistently heavy and can make transportation difficult. Compensation: As a privately held company, salaries aren’t at the level of traditional high-tech firms. Office Space: The office itself isn’t a “classic high-tech” setup with trendy perks—but in my opinion, the overall experience more than makes up for it.
