      Pros

      Fantastic company. Helped me get my feet wet in tech sales. Wouldn't be where I am today without Kenect.

      Cons

      At times I questioned who they promoted. They reward tenure at the company which can be good, but also lead to some leaders who weren't producers in the past, just stayed at the company longer than others.
