Pros

Keratin Complex went through an ownership transition in 2017. Since the acquisition the current leadership team has done a tremendous job of moving the company forward. There are some former employees who have left dissatisfied, but frankly, certain departures have been good for the cultural growth of the company. I love it here.

Cons

Sometimes at a midsize brand the resources are not as great as at large multi national conglomerate. We figure it out though and continue to develop and produce great things.
