      Pros

      At KPS, you definitely get out what you put in. There is no "seniority," which I love. I've worked hard my entire life, so it is finally nice to be in an environment that appreciates that. On top of all that, they have the best team environment. I've been working here for 2 months and I already feel like I know some of these people for years!

      Cons

      Like I said, what you put out is what you get back. That means you do have to work a lot, but I promise it is worth it!

      Pros

      I love working with the HR team! Networking with the Main Director in that department has really helped me to grow as a person. The HR Managers show what kind of positive energy you need to run a successful business and how sincerely they value their employees.

      Cons

      My current schedule conflicts a lot with the one-on-ones I have with the HR Team, but I try to stay involved as much as I can. Especially when it comes to being involved with planning team nights.

      The culture of KPS revolves around team-building. I spent 15 years playing sports, so it fits my personality well. Opportunity to get great management experience for those who are willing to work hard.

      Cons

      Everything is earned, so you have to really earn it.
