The kids are amazing. The leadership is really trying to make a positive culture and it shows. I get support at all levels, even with challenging students.
They train you on clients until you feel comfortable doing therapy on your own. The management cares about how you are doing in training and gives you feedback whether you are working with a client or training on a client.

Cons is that the BCBA hold you to high standards even if you are new to ABA.
