Early-stage - a pro for many, but if you're looking for a role that is already strictly outlined with guardrails for success, it might not be the right fit. Limited promotion opportunities - the company promotes a lot internally and proactively focuses on leadership opportunities within existing roles, but it's still a relatively flat org
