      Pros

      Horizontal structure, great environment for adding to your skillset, a great product that's easy to sell. Benefits are amazing, the culture is welcoming, and there is a sincere concern for work/life balance. Management makes sure that you are well-equipped to succeed.

      Great team to work with. The challenges we are trying to solve are both exciting and interesting. Members of the team have a voice and are able to contribute to the ideas and direction of the company. Seeing your influence on the company is extremely rewarding.

      It can be a challenge to reach all the goals that we want to accomplish with a smaller company.
