Pros

If you want to grow and learn, it's fantastic! Full of super smart people who can teach you a lot. The overall vibe is super nice, there's always some events or get togethers to create a sense of community which is very nice. Highly recommend.

Cons

If you want to climb the career ladder, you have to give 110%. This is not a place for mediocrity, promotions are not given based on how long you've worked there but only on merit. When there's loads of smart people around you, you have to not only be as smart, you also have to be more hard working and want it more than them. This can seem daunting but great employees are noticed and rewarded. Speaking from experience.
