Pros
I have been in Sales and Customer Service for almost 10 years now, and this is at or near the top of places I have ever worked. In terms of direct sales, jobs in NYC, and startup, no question the best. Management is extremely accessible, they are open to critique and adjustment, and the salary + commission is no doubt THE BEST of any place I have ever been. No bs stories of "you'll make $45k base, but OTW is over $100k". That nonsense drives me nuts. Decent salary (with increases yearly and based on performance) and commission for closed sales.
Cons
Certainly growing pains. On the cusp of busting out and the edge can be a dangerous place to live. If you want to do the minimal contribution, this is not the place for you. Everyone's effort counts.
