      Very much a start up and one must thrive in ambiguity and wear multiple hats in order to be successful. Very much sink or swim - some may see this as a con, but I like it!

      Pros

      I didn't know the previous owners, but the current owners have incredible integrity. They are taking the necessary steps to rebuild and rebrand the business to reflect this. The internal team is strong. The job opportunities are plentiful. The support of contractors is there.

      Pros

      I love coming to work everyday! The staff is alway very inviting. Being new in the industry, everyone has alway been very patient with me. The higher-ups have alway been very accommodating with my needs. Management is wonderful, I am able to go to them with any problems or questions that i have.

      Cons

      Building Parking is horrible, but this is no reflection on management.
