Kinetix thrives by defining their culture and core principles and implementing them every day. It is easy to be inspired to grow as an individual and learn quickly being in Kinetix. The leadership leads by example and truly cares about every individual. Kinetix feels like a family so it's easy to be yourself in their environment.

Cons

There haven't been many cons to add here. Kinetix has been great and continues to improve.

Kinetix actively solicits and values employee feedback, leveraging constructive criticism to fuel ongoing improvements. Despite a geographically dispersed remote workforce, Kinetix's management maintains team cohesiveness through regular virtual events and team-building excursions that cultivate personal relationships.

Cons

Although I don't perceive it as a disadvantage, it's important to note that our company culture places a high value on continuous improvement. This means that individuals who are not accustomed to being adaptable and ready for change at all times may need to adjust their mindset and adapt accordingly.

Pros

Kinetix truly cares about your growth as an individual and as a within the company. With the right mindset, anything can be achieved as a member of Kinetix. The executive also deeply cares about inclusion and it is apparent in every all-hands meeting.

Cons

Company parties can get a little bit out of hand if there is alcohol involved, including some members of the C-level team. This isn't a good look for the company when newer employees witness these situations happening during company get togethers
