Pros
Most of the employees in Noblesville are good to work with and they care about the products/company. Alot of management changes over the past 5 years but mostly for the better. I like the size of the company as it is small enough that you can make an impact yet large enough to provide growth opportunities.
Cons
Acquired by Ambu about 1 year ago, so still some concern on what changes may be made in Noblesville. The current benefits are not very competitive but we have heard they will improve this year with changes that Ambu makes.
