Standards are high, performance is noticed and rewarded, and people genuinely care about doing excellent work. Cons
It’s remote Nevada desert work—hot summers, cold winters, and a long drive to bigger cities. The job is physically demanding, and shift work isn’t for everyone. That’s about it. The rewards far outweigh any minor drawbacks.
