      - coworkers who really care - great benefits - ability to really make an impact at the company. you're not just a cog in the machine here. if you're a self starter, you'll thrive here

      - some growing pains that come with introducing / rolling out new processes but nothing worse than what I've seen at other jobs I've worked

      This company has undergone many organizational changes over the past two years. Leadership cares about employees well being and has taken many steps to improve processes and to provide opportunities for growth and advancement. Great benefits!
