      Good people - Great training

      Long hours - UPs and Downs in leads the costs and time it takes driving to appointments. You need to be good at math design and sales .

      Amazing place to work: best culture I ever got to be part of! Everyone is welcoming and working hard everyday with the same goal in mind: exceeding customer expectations.

      Cons

      Great hybrid work policy with tons of flexibility. Makes it hard to have enough face time with colleagues at times though.
