      Great Place to work! Loved my time there. KB family, training, manager support, mentorship, tuition reimbursement, great benefits, great culture, you really feel like part of the family here.

      Low salary, not many opportunities (clear career paths) Some what micromanaged.

      I’ve worked for Kitsap Bank for 30 years and have loved each and every one. Management and staff alike honestly care for one another and our clients. Our relationships are important to us and we cultivate a culture of family. We offer products and services to accommodate our clients needs and allow our clients to bank the way they prefer. I’m proud to be a part of this company!
