      Pros

      We're different from our competitors because we're not just architects and designers, we're Human Experience Creators and Social Innovators. We view things differently because they need to work and reflect our clients' brands and make their operations more efficient. So we're not just about what's trendy and cute, we're about making trendy and cute work to benefit us all... the humans using those spaces. Oh, and we also happen to have a lot of fun doing that together as a team.

      If you prefer to work for standard architecture & design firms... STAY AWAY FROM KIVA.

      Pros

      The people are really nice and you get to be involved in all aspects of an active design project.

      Cons

      Super fast-paced, not much time is spent on properly studying & developing design concepts. Designers take on coordination tasks that are usually the architect's responsibility.

      Over the last year, our firm has grown to include architectural services, which brought on board two new partners! Management has never been more efficient and we're happy with the results we've achieved so far. The best is yet to come!
