An excellent place to work where everyone can feel valued and listened to. It's quite clear that no matter what level you are at in the company (junior, intermediate, senior, management), you're listened to and everyone is treated as equals. A great breath of fresh air for anyone who wants to work somewhere where you're able to openly voice your opinions and collaborate freely with your colleagues. The company willingly invests in its employees and even in the day-to-day, there are many opportunities to learn about the industry. People are open to helping you learn at every step of the way. Even if you are not entirely familiar with the hospitality industry, you can pick it up quickly thanks to the friendly and supportive environment. There is an inclusive culture at this company where there are regular events of all kinds to get to know your colleagues as much or as little as you desire. Overall, a very enjoyable place to work with a great work-life balance. The office is very nice and there is a stocked kitchen for snacks and drinks at any time. There are also really good travel perks. Highly recommended.
