      Pros

      Great energy all around. Really good group of people to work with. I love working collaboratively and there was a lot of help between everyone. Felt like a true team.

      Cons

      Sometime being small company it has challenges getting things done. Specially from the budget perspective. But overall pros out weight the cons.
